You're probably wondering why in the world we would name our company RONCHE Meats, right?
Well...we are RONnie + CHElsea Holden = RONCHE (our celebrity name)!
You see, Ronnie's father, Randy, and his late buddy, Joe Barrett, built our custom smoker back in 2017. Adorned on the vertical stack is our mascot, a large buzzard and our infamous name, RONCHE MEATS. We think it's the PERFECT conversation starter and definitely not something you see every day.

We love live music, hanging out with our friends, throwing kickass parties, living life to the fullest, and...of course...serving up deliciousness! We have done everything from backyard BBQs, music festivals, Band VIP meet & greets, weddings, anniversaries, and pop-ups around the Greater Houston area and Central Texas!
